Who we are

Dream Clean Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a cleaning company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in one of our forms — Contact Us, Get a Quote, Book a Service or Careers — we collect the information you enter. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. If you apply for a role via the Careers page, we also collect the CV or supporting information you send us.

Information about your visit

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the website is used. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that:

• does not use cookies
• does not collect personal information about you
• does not track you across other websites
• is fully compliant with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and CCPA

The data Plausible collects is aggregated and anonymous — for example, the number of visits to a page, or roughly which country visitors are in. Full details are on Plausible’s data policy page.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

Enquiries

We use the information you submit through our forms only to respond to your enquiry — to answer your question, prepare a quote, arrange the service you’ve requested, or reply to a job application. We do not use your enquiry data for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

Analytics

Plausible data helps us see which pages are useful and where the site can be improved.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases for processing your data are:

• Enquiry information — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract where one exists (Article 6(1)(b))
• Analytics — our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Because Plausible does not use cookies or collect personal data, separate cookie consent is not required

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. If you go on to become a customer, we keep records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period after that — typically up to seven years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.

CVs and job application information are kept while your application is active. If you are unsuccessful, we will delete them within a reasonable period unless you have asked us to keep them on file.

Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to individual visitors.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless we are legally required to disclose information — for example in response to a court order or a valid request from HMRC.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed to make the site work — for example, remembering the state of the navigation menu on mobile. We do not use marketing, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we use Plausible for analytics, we don’t use analytics cookies either.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask us what information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal requirements to retain it)
• object to how we are processing your information
• complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)
