About us

Dream Clean Services Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you book a cleaning service with us, request a quote through this website, or engage us on an ongoing basis. If you have a signed service contract with us, the terms of that contract take precedence over anything set out below.

Our services

We provide commercial, domestic and professional cleaning services. Details of the full range are on the Sectors page.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are provided free and without obligation, and are based on the information you give us. If the work required turns out to be different from what was quoted, we will agree any change with you before going ahead.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you directly. A request made through this website is an enquiry that we will follow up and confirm with you; it does not by itself guarantee a booking.

Access to the property

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access when we arrive, we may need to rearrange the visit.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you before work begins. For contract customers, payment terms are set out in your service contract.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you. For contract work, any cancellation and notice terms are set out in your service contract.

Our work

We carry out our cleaning work using appropriate equipment and cleaning products, following any requirements you have agreed with us. If any part of a completed clean is not up to the standard you expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it and put it right where we reasonably can.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Beyond that, our total liability for any single job is limited to the price paid for that job, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or other indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page at the time you book.
